She kept me informed daily and quickly responded when I had questions or needed clarification. Gail kept me updated on what was happening what kind of time line we were looking at and informed on the progress being made. I work 8:30 to 5 so it can be hard to get thing done during the day, Gail was willing to shuttle paper work at my convenience.
